The design of this control system program fully considers the long-term planning and expansion needs. The designed system scheme can ensure that operators and engineers can conveniently perform normal day-to-day operations, management, and maintenance without relying on system designers or other equipment supplier experts. This control system mainly uses the following core products:

The above products used in this control system are equipped with system automatic detection and diagnosis functions. That is, when the system fails, the control system automatically gives the cause of the fault and gives a hint of the fault to facilitate the maintenance of the system engineer. At the same time, the standby system will automatically take over from the failed system.

In this control system, the alarm information of the system configuration is given a complete error message prompt, and the maintenance instructions provided by the system maintenance engineer are given. At the same time, detailed system test diagnosis information will be given to all equipment and systems in the system maintenance manual. That is, when a device in a system fails, the cause of the failure is given, and a suggested solution is provided to facilitate troubleshooting and increase the day-to-day maintenance experience of the system engineer. After referring to the information in the maintenance manual and the fault information provided by the control system, the maintenance engineer can quickly resolve the system fault and resume production.

The database system has powerful functions such as fault diagnosis, automatic data backup and recovery, which facilitates the later use and maintenance of the system.

1.1 Control System Network Structure

The control system network scheme is shown in the figure below:

The control system is divided into process control level, control management level, and communication network system.

• The process control level is composed of control stations that are connected through a redundant bus network.

· The control management level is located in the central control room and consists of an engineer workstation, operator workstations, printers, and communication interface devices. The central control room engineer station and operation station adopt Ethernet communication structure and protocol, and the communication system has self-diagnosis function;

The communication network system is divided into the management Ethernet and fieldbus control network. The control management level and each field control station are connected via Ethernet, and the boiler communication medium uses optical fiber.

Cautions:

1.Do not use the lights in dripping water or anywhere where they will get wet, water and electricity can be a dangerous mixture

2. The working environment for the light is -20~40 degree celsius,45%RH~90%RH.

3. To protect the light, Plz cut off the power when there is a lightning strike.

4. Don`t touch or move when the light working.

 

Suggestions:

1.Clean the dust inside every 6 months to ensure the good heat dissipation and long life time.

2.Don`t keep too short distance to the plant canopy to avert leaves bleaching.

3.Highly hang the lamp will weaken the energy and affect the growth cycle of the plants, so the lamp should not be hang  too high.

4.While taking care of the plants, please spray the leaves and branches 2-3 times everyday, to ensure the plants do not wrinkle a wither, and have no phenomenon of few fruit, and hard pericarp.
