2. Bidder qualification requirements:
1) Must be a legal enterprise registered in the People's Republic of China, and a professional industrial lighting manufacturer with a registered capital of more than 5 million yuan.
2) In the past three years, the sales of similar products in state-owned large and medium-sized coal enterprises have not less than 100 sets, and a valid user name and contact number must be provided.
3. Delivery time:
Arrived within 1 month after the contract is signed.
4. Qualified bidders can purchase from April 2, 2009 to April 17, 2009, 9:00-11:00, 13:00-16:00, (excluding holidays) at China Coal Tendering Co., Ltd. Bidding Documents. The bidding documents are 600 yuan/set, and will not be returned.
5. The bidding documents should be submitted to the conference room of Yilong Hotel, No. 19 Development North Road, Cangzhou City, Shanxi Province on April 22, 2009 at 10:00 am. Late bid documents will be rejected.
6. All bid documents must be accompanied by a bid bond, the amount of which is not less than 2% of the bid price. The bid bond shall be submitted to the bidding company in the form of bank draft or wire transfer. The cash or bank card will not be collected at the bid opening site. The banknote must indicate the purpose of the remittance, the name of the remittance unit (the name of the remittance unit must be the same as the name of the bidding unit), and the bidding number. Bidding documents that do not provide the full bid bond will be rejected.
7. It is scheduled to open at 10:00 am on April 22, 2009 at the conference room of Yilong Hotel, No. 19 Development North Road, Cangzhou City, Shanxi Province. At that time, the bidder shall send representatives to attend the opening ceremony.
