The concentrated chicken juice series products are increasingly recognized by consumers, and the trend of selling sauces and paste-like compound seasonings continues to grow. This indicates that juice, sauce, and paste-based compound seasonings are becoming a major direction in the development of seasoning products. By analyzing conductivity and salinity data, we were able to obtain accurate results for the salinity of the paste, and the finished product was fully tested.

Test Methods:

Weighing chicken paste 5g, add water 45g, dilute, and measure the sample with the instrument.

Measuring salinity value 1.07, because it is diluted 10 times, so the original chicken paste salinity value is 10.7%.

If paste or juice-like compound seasonings exceed the measurement range of 10%, dilution is necessary. For example, if the salt content is 12%, diluting it 10 times will result in 1.2‰, and after diluting 5 times, it becomes 6‰.

To ensure the measurement falls within the acceptable range, always perform a dilution treatment first.

When there is a large amount of oil in the sample, it can still be measured. However, for samples like ramen soup with floating grease, the measured value may be unstable. After allowing the sample to settle, using a chopstick to check can provide a more stable reading. When measuring salt content in oily or salted foods, avoid collecting oil and instead add water for dilution.

After dilution, mix well. The displayed value multiplied by 10 gives the original salinity value of the sample.
