By analyzing conductivity and salinity data, we were able to obtain the salinity results of the paste, and the finished product was fully tested.

Test Methods:

Weighing chicken paste 5g, add water 45g, dilute, and measure the sample with the instrument.

Measuring salinity value 1.07, because it is diluted 10 times, so the original chicken paste salinity value is 10.7%

Paste or juice-like compound seasoning, etc., if exceeding the upper limit of the measurement range (10%), if necessary, you need to dilute, such as salt 12% salt water, after dilution becomes 1.2‰, after 5 times dilution becomes 6‰. In order to make it within the measurement range, please perform dilution treatment.

When there is a large amount of oil in the sample, it can still be measured. For ramen soup samples with floating grease, the measured value may be unstable. After placing the sample, it's more stable to check using a chopstick head. When measuring salt content in oily or salted foods, avoid collecting oil samples and add water. Dilute and mix well. The displayed value will be 10 times the original salinity value.
