Here’s how it works: First, select the PLC and click on "Monitor." Your computer will stay connected, and the PLC will continue to operate. Then, find the section of the program you need to modify. Next, go to "Program," then choose "Online Editing," and click "Start." At this point, your screen should look like this. Now you can make changes or add new steps to the program without stopping the machine. Once you've made your adjustments, go back to "Program," select "Online Editing," and click "Send Change." The updates will be sent directly to the PLC, and the system will keep running smoothly. This method not only saves time but also helps you showcase your technical skills more effectively. It allows for seamless maintenance without interrupting the production process. Whether you're troubleshooting or optimizing a system, this approach is both efficient and powerful.
