4. 推挽式音箱:

这种超低音箱最早是由家用音响品牌Linn所提出,其设计理念就像两个靠近同向摆放的电风扇,其中一个风扇吹着另一个风扇一起转,产生更强的风力,这里其实就是将电风扇换成超低音喇叭,一颗单体推着另一颗单体同步运作,产生更强的超低音效果,就是推挽式音箱的运作原理。

5. 频段式音箱:

频段式音箱是所有音箱中最难设计与制作的一种,其箱体分为内、外两层,超低音喇叭安装在与外界隔绝的内层箱体上,只透过外层箱体上的通气管与箱外相通。频段式音箱最特别的地方是,只要容积、通气管设计正确,它本身就能产生一种带通分频的效果,让超低音限定在某频段输出不错的效率,不过碍于设计困难、制作成本高,使用在汽车音响上的比例并不高!

当然,超低音箱还有许多其它的设计模式,例如号角式、传输线式……但其制作的技术、成本要求相当高,因此极少使用在汽车音响上,在此笔者也不予赘述。

音改小马虎

流传于汽车音响界有关超低音的音响神话相当多,有些听起来还真是光怪陆离到极点,以下就介绍几个给读者们警惕一下:

1.“想要音乐听起来又冲又带劲,加装超低音箱就对了”:这个论点对于不讲究音质、音场正确性,而只追求声压刺激的人来说确实可行,因为你只要把超低音喇叭的低通分频点拉高到与低音喇叭工作频域重叠,就能大幅增加低音的量感。不过这种极度膨胀的低音绝对不是正确的声音,听起来也绝对只有冲劲而不会好听。

2.“超低音箱只要喇叭孔位尺寸相合,任何超低音喇叭都可以安装”:每种超低音喇叭的机械特性都不相同,假设一款喇叭建议的音箱安装容积是20公升、另一款是40公升,结果这两颗喇叭都安装在同样款式的音箱上,你想它们的声音效果会一样吗?真正专业的做法,还是得利用喇叭的原厂测试数据套公式计算,量身打造容积相符的音箱,才能得到最佳的超低音效果。

4.“因为超低音箱安装在车后行李厢,所以声音是由后面传来的”:如果你遇到一间汽车音响店老板这样跟你说,你可以反问他:为什么别家音响店装出的音响声音听起来就不像是从后面传来?基本上,只要超低音系统的安装正确,相位、分频点、量感调整得宜,你听到的超低音场应该是在驾驶座前方脚部位置,并且与低音达成良好的衔接。

●超低音的调音心法

2. 超低音分频点设定:在汽车音响上,超低音低通分频点设定不仅牵涉到音乐聆听的均衡性,更牵涉到音场的正确性!你或许听过,有人说因为车上的超低音设备多安装在后行李厢中,所以超低音也应该是由车后向前打过来才对。不过仔细想想,有人听音乐会把音响喇叭放在脑袋后面听的吗?这绝对不是正确的音响概念!因此,就算车上超低音设备装在后行李厢,我们还是有办法让超低音听起来好像在乘客前方,而这就得用上一点声学的理论——声音频率越高,方向定位性越强;频率越低,声音听起来越扩散、越没有方向性。因此一般来说,当我们把超低音的低通分频点设定在55-75Hz之间时,这样低的频率是不太容易产生方向性的问题,也就是在人耳听来,不太容易听得出超低音是由脑袋后方传出,而再搭配与车上前音场中低音喇叭良好的分频衔接,你就会听到仿若前方传来的超低音与正确的音场定位了。

另外读者要知道的,就算在55-75Hz这一段频率中设定超低音喇叭的低通分频点,音乐性听起来还是会有不同的改变,基本上分频点设定越低,音场越前伸、越宽广,低音听起来越柔软;分频点越高,低音冲击性、力度感越强,两种特性无法兼得,要看视听者的聆听喜好来调音!

3. 超低音量感设定:量感调整是超低音系统设定中最简单、却也最容易出错的步骤!许多人或许喜欢重口味,把超低音系统的音量开得很大来增加低音,殊不知在低音大幅提升的状态下,超低音频段搞不好已经过度而失真了,这样的音乐怎会好听?因此,正确的超低音量感调整,其实只要超低音听起来有一点点感觉就够了,主要的低音还是应该来自车上的中低音喇叭。
