According to Japanese media reports, Japan's Honda and Softbank will jointly develop a vehicle driving assistance system using artificial intelligence (AI).
It is reported that the system can not only analyze the driving data, but also analyze the user's emotions and hobbies according to the driver's expression and tone, predict the user's behavior pattern, and quickly provide the information the driver wants in the form of dialogue. The new system seeks to make cars self-learning, dialogue and manipulation like humans.

The system will be installed on a "connected car" with communication capabilities. It is estimated that by 2030, the number of connected cars will reach about 700 million, accounting for more than half of all passenger cars.
Honda will use Softbank to learn technologies such as human emotional intelligence dialogue. Softbank hopes to expand its automotive-related business. Cars will collect large-scale data, and the pace of linkage with the communications business will also accelerate.
Through the camera equipped in the car and the dialogue with the driver, cloud smart technology will learn the user's usage habits. The system will be able to use the dialect dialogue to recommend the restaurant for the user near the frequently-traveled road, collect the car position and driving data through the sensor, and realize the fault prediction function. In addition, the system will also have a driving assistant function such as booking maintenance for the user.
