Philips thin new Lexel LED lighting system

Philips Lighting's new Lexel LED lighting system has entered the entertainment market. This LED solution can be used in a wide variety of applications, including TV studios, theaters, large-scale performances and architectural lighting. .

The LexelLED lighting system consists of LED modules and dedicated LED driver chips, and its unique design allows OEMs to load it into integrated optical devices, heat sinks, wiring and user interface facilities. At Showtech in Berlin, equipment manufacturer ADB introduced a skylight device based on this LexelLED lighting system.

The color of the LexelLED module is adjustable (RGBW). Since the light is formed in the mixing chamber, it ensures an extremely uniform light output, so you don't have to worry about colored shadows or visible monochrome problems. In addition, the closed-loop system makes the color consistency of the module very consistent, so it can be implemented and maintained at any desired color. When we use a variety of different devices, it is important to ensure consistency of color between them.

To maximize flexibility, the system can control different modes via DMX, such as color-adjustable RGB mode and white-light adjustable CCT mode. In CCT mode, you can control the white color temperature from 2700K to 6500K. The color rendering index (CRI) can be higher than 80.
