In Yang Lixin's view, companies want to go further and develop better, and they need to have reasonable positioning and differentiated product features. This kind of positioning is not based on the premise of sacrificing quality, but is dominated by low prices, but uses the improvement of production efficiency to achieve the purpose of cost control. "The ultimate goal of Yuanda Electronics is to be the most cost-effective aluminum substrate supplier in China."


In addition to controlling costs, Yuanda Electronics also cooperated with Zhejiang University, Institute of Metal Materials of Chinese Academy of Sciences and other scientific research units to develop aluminum-based heat sink technology to enhance its core competitiveness in the aluminum substrate industry. After 6 years of unremitting efforts, a number of patented high thermal conductivity IMTS heat sinks came out.

“IMST heat sinks use special magnetron sputtering technology, there is no epoxy bonding layer and filler, which greatly reduces the number of heat sinks, better conductivity and thermal conductivity; good shielding effect can suppress external and internal The interference generated; good mechanical processing performance, easy to follow-up processing, etc." Yang Lixin mentioned.

However, according to the reporter, although the heat sink has excellent performance, the price is high and the promotion is not difficult. "Now the aluminum substrate industry is in a state of morbid development. With the rational return of the industry, the prospect of this product is very clear. At the same time, we will continue to improve the efficiency and improve the process, continuously reduce the cost, and provide customers with cost-effective aluminum substrates. Yang Lixin said.
