I. Project Overview
1. Contents of the bidding: supply, installation, commissioning and post-maintenance services for two indoor φ3.75mm full-color three-in-one LED video screens.
2. This project is not subcontracted.
Delivery location and delivery time: Office of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions (No. 10 Fuxingmenwai Street); installation and commissioning within 30 days after signing the contract.

Second, the conditions that bidders must meet
1. The bidder shall have the domestic legal person and other organizations that meet the conditions stipulated in Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and that meet, recognize and promise to perform the provisions of the bidding documents (
Does not include legal persons and other organizations incorporated in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and has the following conditions:
(1) Manufacturers of optoelectronic equipment with a registered capital of RMB 10 million (including 10 million yuan);
(2) Qualifications of Level 3 and above in electrical engineering professional contracting;
(3) The products used must pass 3C or CE certification;
(4) In the past three years, there have been successful cases of building indoor and outdoor large-scale video projects.
(5) The bidder does not accept the bidder to participate in the bidding in the form of a consortium. After the bidder wins the bid, the bidder may not be subcontracted or transferred to other entities for implementation.
Third, the time and method of obtaining the bidding documents
From July 8th, 2009 to July 21st, 2009, the bidding documents will be downloaded free of charge from the “China Government Procurement Network Direct Purchasing Channel†(zzcg.ccgp.gov.cn). Failure to register through the direct purchase channel
Bidders who download and download the bidding documents will submit the bid documents as invalid bids.
4. Deadline for bid submission and time for bid opening

V. On-site inspection
The project shall organize on-site inspections. The on-site inspection time is: 9:00 on July 22, 2009 (Beijing time). Bidders are requested to go to the All China Federation of Trade Union Office Building for on-site inspection.
