9. Bidder qualification requirements:

9.2 A qualified taxpayer and able to independently assume civil liability (tax registration certificate);
9.3 Equipment manufacturer: It has LED Light source "production license", product certificate, ISO9000 quality management system certification and national "CCC" compulsory product certification, and has a fixed service organization in Wuhai or surrounding areas. Good equipment maintenance and after-sales service.
9.4 Qualifications of Class and above for urban and road lighting engineering contractors, and “Safe Production Licenseâ€;
9.5 Have the equipment and technical expertise necessary to perform the contract;
9.6 has a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system;
9.7 Within three years prior to participating in government procurement activities, there were no major illegal records in business activities;
Note: Those who have the above conditions can participate in the bidding. Two or more legal persons or other legal person organizations can form a consortium and jointly bid as a supplier (subject), and a joint bidding agreement must be provided.
