New York's New Year's Eve, the giant crystal ball, will celebrate its 100-year-old "birthday" this year. On this year's New Year's Eve, this colorful ball will appear in front of people with a new image of energy saving and environmental protection. Unlike previous years, Philips Lighting designed 9576 energy-saving bulbs for the ball this year. These bulbs consume only 10 toasters, but their brightness is equivalent to twice that of last year.
