Baijia Energy Saves 70% of the purchase price to the company is about 178.578 million yuan. (2,551.12*0.7), the remaining 30% of the payment is about 765.33 million yuan (2,551.12*0.3), which is undertaken by the company in the form of products and services. Qinshang Optoelectronics shared the bid of about 13.86 million yuan (4,620 * 0.3), and the bid-winning energy-saving sharing quota was about 32.34 million yuan (4,620 * 0.7). The specific proportion and amount are subject to the actual contract.

After the acceptance of the project, Bega Energy shall pay 30% of the energy-saving benefit to Qinshang Optoelectronics within 10 working days after receiving each batch of energy-saving benefits, and the actual situation shall be signed. The specific contract shall prevail.
