The second working meeting of the cross-strait semiconductor lighting cooperation project working group was held on April 28th at the Jinghua Hotel in Taipei. The meeting was hosted by Mr. Lin Qinghai, the technical department of the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Taiwan. A total of 24 members of the team of the Continental Semiconductor Lighting Cooperation Project Coordination Team Xie Ji and members of the cross-strait semiconductor lighting cooperation project participated in the meeting.
Following the first five cooperation intentions of six consensuses reached in the cross-strait LED lighting industry cooperation and exchange meeting in June 2009, cross-strait cooperation has made a series of progress. At the meeting, representatives from both sides of the strait spoke highly of the test data that has already started on the two sides of the strait. They believe that the cross-strait working group has made outstanding contributions in promoting cross-strait information exchange and industrial cooperation, and hopes that the cross-strait working group will work pragmatically. Participants conducted in-depth discussions on the establishment of information exchange platforms, cooperation in testing methods and standards research. On the basis of a series of previous work results, at this meeting, the two sides formed a five-point consensus after discussion:
The two sides cooperated to establish an information exchange platform; carry out pilot projects for LED lighting; cooperate in the development of testing methods and standards; cooperate in basic research; and hold cross-strait LED lighting bridge meetings.
During the inspection tour to Taiwan, the working group also inspected the Taiwan Industrial Technology Research Institute; investigated five large-scale semiconductor lighting companies in the industrial chain; visited the Taichung Semiconductor Lighting Street Light Demonstration Project to deepen cross-strait economic, technological and information The links between various policies and policies have enhanced the understanding of Taiwan's semiconductor lighting industry technology and related enterprises, and laid a good foundation for promoting the common prosperity and development of the cross-strait semiconductor lighting industry.
