Wind River Receives CMMI Level 3 Certification for Automotive Industry Services

Wind River, the world's leading provider of IoT software, announced that it has acquired CMMI (Capability Maturity Model IntegraTIon) Level 3 certification for its global automotive solutions and professional services.

Wind River received CMMI SCAMPI 'A' certification and achieved CMMI Level 3 certification in 18 business processes, resulting in CMMI Maturity Level 3 certification. This certification further enhances Wind River's level of compliance at CMMI Level 3. As early as 2006, Wind River received the first CMMI Level 3 certification. This certification is highly valued by automotive, aerospace defense, and other industries that focus on design, development, and certification processes.

CMMI is a capacity improvement approach that provides organizations with the essential elements of an efficient process that maximizes business performance.
