The National Efficient Lighting Product Subsidy Promotion Project is approved by the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission according to the “Notice of the State Council on Printing and Distributing the Comprehensive Work Plan for Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction†(Guo Fa [2007] No. 15). The expert group scored the three aspects of enterprise quality and technical capabilities, enterprise marketing and service capabilities, and comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise. Sophos Company won the entire package of energy-saving lamps with the top ten results, and Philips and Panasonic. And 25 companies together became the winning bidder of this project.
